Finally have "real" weather for your Sims! Storms are animated and flow across your yard, leaving snow, leaves, or other applicable debris for you to play in. It also creates a simulated Weather Climate System, and gives you daily weather reports -- weather can come and go all on it's own, just like in real life... following a Seasonal pattern (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter are now possible in the game!). Enjoy summer rainstorms, winter snowflurries, fall leaves blowing about, hail storms, meteor showers, acid rain, tornados... and for you surreal types there's even a candy storm (with edible candy of course). It can even "rain cats & dogs"... (literally)! Increase Fun points by jumping in leaf piles or making snowballs, and for a quick clean up, just click a button to clean your whole yard... instantly. Click a button to stop all showers too -- you can control the amount of weather you get, or you can set the "timer" to get a random surprise. Screen shots available here. With the superhero uniform of course comes the responsibility of the Captain Hero job, even if you don't have it already. Phone booth also works as a regular phone, plus kids can call ALL services too, if needed (such as the maid, repairman, etc.). Visitors can also order pizza or answer the phone when it rings, which I think you'll find helpful. There are a few fun surprises possible in this object for those with lower Logic or Body points. :)

Description::
The ultimate superstar fame and career "booster"! Strap on The Mentor and choose from over 100 different jobs from the Original Sims and the Fame positions in Superstar... and get it instantly! Shocking and amusing animations and sounds occur while you get the job of your dreams, or instant fame. Unlike previous Mentors, this one will also give you increased friendships with not just neighbors, but with stars, "somebody's", "townies", etc. - get a 100 Relationship score with everyone in your game!). Minor skill point increase too for that extra little boost for those moving up the corporate ladder. Safe to use, but draining, so rest your Sim afterwards. You can also select "Homemaker" to become unemployed.

Description::
Never sleep again! Have everyone's energy slowly max out to 100 (including pets if you have them)... and it stays maxed out... for as long as the Plant is in operation. You can work on the Plant to increase your Mechanical Skills too. Also you can Play in it, or Kick it to increase Fun points (and decrease Hygiene). But remember how sensitive these things can be... nasty possible occurrences can include radiation leaks, nuclear waste spillage, radioactive clouds (invisible), and the ever dreadful Nuclear Meltdown! These will effect every sim on the lot and although no one will die, they won't be too pleased about it to say the least ;)....

Tragic Clown Alarm

This functions like the burglar alarm does, with one big difference... the next time Sunny the Tragic Clown pays an unwelcome visit to your home, you don't have to drop what you're doing and run to a phone to call Clown Catchers to come get rid of him. When the clown enters the room, the alarm goes off and Clown Catchers are summoned immediately. Also works outside too.

Requirements:: the "Clown Catchers" plugin. If you don't know if you have the Clown Catchers, check your "../Downloads" folder for a directory called "CCplugin". If you don't have that, you can download it from The Sims official website.
