Finally a realistic fireplace that will warm your cockles and give your Sims the true fireplace experience they deserve! With these 2 Fireplaces you can:

1) Sit by the warm fire for Comfort, Fun and Social (group conversation);
2) Stoke the fire to keep it burning for a long time;
3) Cook a hearty group meal for your family and friends... and now, even kids can cook meals too!
4) Mischievous types can even "burn something" for fun, but be careful not to set off the smoke alarms.
5) A "Join" feature allows your Sim to easily invite visitors to sit next to the fire with them.

NO dangerous fires will ever spread out... so unlike the fireplaces that come with the game, you can now feel free to finally hang that favorite painting over the mantle without risking injury or death.

My favorite is the wood fireplace - I think the "woody" look turned out pretty well. I also included a metal chrome fireplace for houses in which regular fireplaces just don't look right (such as futuristic houses, houses with metal walls, bikers like me, etc.). :) There are a lot of fun features included, and a few fun surprises too (non-lethal). Requirements:
If you have this campfire object as part of your game, then you can use these fireplaces - because they share just a few animations even though they are completely different objects. To my knowledge, the campfire object is included in House Party and every subsequent expansion pack.

At Home Express Child Adoptions (2)

Place one in each room of your house and you'll never have to worry about Room Scores again. Works best inside. They are great for accentuating the comfortable and friendly ambiance of the Family Fireplace.

Guard Tomatoes

Plant these "Guard Tomatoes" outside in an unwalled space and fertilize the tomato patch when needed. Whenever an unwanted intruder enters your lot, several (live) tomato NPCs will spring out... with a mission! These vicious veggies will then hunt down the intruders and remove them from your lot! A very useful (and admittedly silly) way of ensuring privacy from some of those annoying visitors that come with the game. Here is a list of intruders your new tomato friends will protect you from -- you'll never have to worry about these guys again:

Requirements: None - made to work with any version of The Sims. These surly red devils will remove the unwanted intruders from the original Sims game plus any expansions through Makin' Magic (if you have them).

Grow Your Own Pet Food!
Edible Plants for Pets #1, #2, #3 and #4

No more need for expensive pet food... or even food bowls. Get healthy and totally back to nature by growing and cultivating your own crops for your pets. Includes four different varieties of garden plants that both cats and dogs can munch on. They just walk up and eat it on the spot. Very filling for them and there's no mess to clean up. Don't forget to fertilize as needed to keep these edible plants healthy and plentiful. High room score added in as well. All plants are buyable at-home, as well as Downtown, on Vacation Island, Old Town and Studio Town (if you have those expansions, but you don't need those expansions -- if you have Unleashed, you can use these plants). :)

Note: The garden that came out with Unleashed has fewer options than these, for one because they don't feed the animals. With these, pets can eat the food right on the spot and it is very filling. Unlike other plants, there is no time wasted harvesting, storing and cooking these crops. Also the rodents, gophers, etc. won't mess up this garden.

It will squeak to let you know it cares. It's amazing you've gotten along this long without one. I have several. I rock.
