Description: A fully animated
but harmless decorative fire you can place anywhere on your
lot. It will not spread around and it will not burn anything.
For a different look, you can increase and decrease the size
of the flame too and it will not hurt your Environment
score. If a "real" fire appears on your lot, you can
use this to summon the Fire Station... much faster than by conventional
means. Lastly, this fire will never go out... unless you put
it out. Enjoy! :)
Updated Jan. 18, 2006: If your Sim had problems cooking
in the same room as the fire, please delete and redownload this
updated version.

you can talk to your cup buddy for Social and Fun points. Since
this cup buddy is a social "creature", he may want
to go out on the town from time to time. What does that mean?....

Holiday NPCs anytime!
Description: Use this Christmas
Tree to summon the Santa Claus NPC to your house anytime
you want, day or night. You can even spawn multiple Santas if
you want, and he (they) will leave a new gift each time (and
it will never be coal). ;) Eighteen (18) different presents
are now possible (increased from the standard "3").
Also, ten pie menu options were added, now totaling sixteen
(16) social interactions in all, to allow for a more
entertaining experience with Santa. There is also a music feature
(on/off) where players can play Christmas music in their
game to enhance the holiday ambiance. Want more? As an added
feature, you can even summon the Baby New Year NPC. This
tree is about half the size of your typical Christmas Tree and
can be placed on the floor or on any surface. It never needs
to be watered. Eight different color options also available
(click links above to see more pics). Fun animations and a few
"surprises" included too of course. :p I really hope
you enjoy this, I had a lot of fun making it. Merry Christmas

Description: Basically this is
a fast and fun way to maintain high relationships with any Sim
you choose, as either lovers or as "just friends".
This new Love Crystal is a fun conglomeration of other objects
we made, and is based on the original TS1 Love Crystal but with
improved gameplay features. The heart-shaped purple crystal
will glow and radiate loving hearts & flowers all around
itself and your Sim. Your Sim can choose any Sim to become instant
lovers -- with relationship scores = 100. You pick the
Sim and then greet them while your relationship skyrockets (and
if the Sim is not on the lot, they will appear next to your
Sim). If you want to be "just friends" instead, that
is also an option (relationships also = 100) -- and it applies
to all genders and ages. Even NPCs! Plus you can invite any
Sim you want over to your house anytime you want, whether they
are working, sleeping or just plain grumpy. Enjoy! :)

use by Sims, so use it as often as you need. During use, the wheel
spins while mystical light rays and particles dance around your
Sim. Stray emissions are known to effect R.E.M. sleep in nearby
Sims so don't put one in your bedroom. ;) Also Sims of lesser
intelligence (Logic) would be wise not to gaze into it for excessively
long periods of time.... their fragile eggshell minds are overly
